30-Day Return Policy for Unopened Packages:

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened packages from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product remains unopened, you may return it for a refund within this timeframe.

Conditions for Refund:

1. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.

2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged Electronics:

In the rare event that your electronics arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at enlitemerch@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Electronics that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. Once the package is opened, the product is considered as accepted and non-returnable due to the nature of electronic items.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
